Even though we’re sad that you’re returning your purchase, we want you to be happy with your experience with All Sexy Stuff so we will ensure we will do everything we can to solve the issue.
We recommend that once you receive your order, you check the items and notify All Sexy Stuff as soon as possible if the goods are faulty. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product and it is working correctly as soon as possible upon receiving the parcel. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in a working condition.
If you placed the order and then changed your mind, we understand, this happens! To cancel your order it must be done before the order is dispatched. So as soon as you decide to cancel let us know. Log into your account and cancel the order, or contact us directly to let us know and we will cancel for you. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation being made.
If you want to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, then unfortunately it is up to you to cover the cost to return it to us.
Full refunds are given if the item is returned within 30 days since dispatch. All returned items for refund must be unopened, unused and returned with all accessories, batteries or free gifts.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of us receiving the returned item to the method used for purchase.
If the product is defective, please give an exact description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals, tags, batteries and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. You may return a faulty item to us within 120 days for an exchange, replacement or an All Sexy Stuff credit voucher. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.
Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag, in the original product box and pack them safely.
Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for these products. Because we want to provider our customers with the best service and the best products, we want to make sure that all of our clothing/harness items are clean and unopened when sending to our customers. We hope you understand, and suggest you are happy with your decision to purchase and the size of the item before confirming your order with payment.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of adult toys, bondage gear, creams, gels, pills, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened and/or used.
Before returning the item to All Sexy Stuff, you must inform us by email and we will issue you with a returns number and tell you how to proceed.

If returning items for exchange or refund and the value of the order falls below the required level for the free gift you have received you will need to return the gift too. Alternatively we can deduct the value of the gift from your refund if you wish to keep it.
